Ode of Druid's Art

The Lamp of Art has been Lite.

Sacred smoke rises from the Thurible.

Sweet smells from the Stick.

Chalice holds the Wine of Heart.

Sacred Blood of which I Depart.

Pentacle centered in Circle of Salt.

Wand held Strong in Mind Hand and Heart.

Black Blade near by to the cut Portal of Dark Art.

Showstone is Black as the darkest Night.

Yet shines My Will in secret Moonlight.

While I Scry what can not be Seen.

Our Scared Power that exist in between.

Robe of Birth is all I Wear.

In Chill of Night but do not Care.

Here in this Special Place, known to None.

Is where My Great Art shall be Done.

No fear or Guilt Stain My Soul.

For I am Druid of Oak and ever Bold.

As it was in times of Old when Ley was Young

The Will of Druid and the Gods are now One.

Words and and Wine from Heart's Long Still:

To taste the Wine or the Words of another Soul by reading is a great blessing told.

Of Wine and Words and Blood gone cold.
I raise my sweet cup to that which is old

Grapes and wine  like knowledge old.
Preserve the a record of Root ,soil and season's soul.
 In which they grew and kissed their Sun's special gold.

For one to taste this precious gift.
The Jug or Book one must lift.

To Lips or Mind and Warm the heart.
For writing and wine are Man's great art.

Giving others far away in time and space.
Of these long gone days but a  sweet taste.

Still we too must plant the Root.
Raise with care life's delicate shoot.

And should we make wine or a Book.
Others of our life may then take a look.

My Voice is know both Far and Near
But at my home I am always here.

All know of me and that I bring tiding of Glad or Fear.
Yet few have moved me as I set here.

I am cast of Fire and frozen in the Clay.
I was born and grew cold in but a single Day.

I have out lived my every lover and shed the Tear as they passed Away.
And when a new one is born, I sing out on their very first Day.

I am Bell and never leave but guide all along their Way.
An for you I shall Pearl too  when it is your very last Day.

The Path of Imbas, written in Souls ink

Many seek, of Prophet Speak, that walk the the bard or fili path.


They risk both  Mind and Soul to for but a sip of 'Imbas Forosna'  from 'Cauldron Awen'.
For it is said to give a Futures Peek while turning one's tongue to Silver and Lips to Blue

Made of the ancient Oak God's mystic poetic Gold.
Gift of the lost Druids that once were so Bold.

Oh where is this Cauldron that the Bard and Fili Seek.
Just the sight of it makes a strong mind reel and Weak


To it there is not road nor proven way.

Some find it at darkest of the Night
Others in the burning Sun of Day

For it is a hard, hidden and a Cosmic only Way
So if your path is Marked, of true Imbas you may never Say.

Only by being Lost can the Bard find what others never See.
For this is the way of Druids or Gods and of like a Bard must also Be.

Or forever only Parrot speak of what which was, and never ever of

what shall Be.

For those Druids on the Ley
To do a Curse is normal as the Day.

For is not a Curse but a Selective Blessing in disguise.
To give instant Karma is the Druid secret of the wise.

Seldom will a Curse ever truly right the wrong.
But Druid's Rosc is such a bitter and sweet song.

A Bard with Skill Heart and the Art may cast such a charm.
With proper Time and in Rhyme, yes it will do great harm.

So with Staff in hand, we cast The Ravens Feast
And by our will do release, the great Dark Beast.
